Intuit's Data, Growth, & Experiences (DGX) organization is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale platform programs spanning data infrastructure, marketing technology, and AI-powered customer experiences. You will orchestrate strategic initiatives that enable 100M+ customers to experience Intuit's suite (TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, Mailchimp) as a seamlessly intelligent platform.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs across data infrastructure (lakehouse, streaming, IDX), MarTech platforms (CDP, campaign orchestration, personalization), and AI-driven experimentation. You will drive program strategy, architecture alignment, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication from initiation through business outcome realization. The role operates at VP level with executive authority, partnering directly with VP and Director-level leaders to shape investment priorities, resolve organizational dependencies, and maintain delivery commitments at scale.
You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product management, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders, enabling decisions that would otherwise stall in silos. Responsibilities include driving executive readouts, program reviews, and async communication that provide senior leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health and emerging risks.
Additionally, you will define and evolve TPM frameworks, program health metrics, operating cadences, and delivery standards for the DGX organization. You will establish portfolio visibility practices—dependency maps, risk registers, milestone dashboards—that enable high say-do ratios across all DGX programs. The role champions AI-native program management, bringing AI tools and agentic workflows into program management practice to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, stakeholder communication, and decision support.
You will coach and mentor program managers across DGX, raising technical and strategic capabilities of the team, and act as a trusted advisor to product and engineering leaders on complex problems.
Required qualifications: 12+ years of Technical Program Management in large-scale, matrixed technology organizations; demonstrated history delivering enterprise data platform programs (data warehouses, lakehouses, event streaming pipelines, data mesh architectures); direct experience with MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, campaign orchestration, personalization engines, A/B testing infrastructure); proven ability to influence VP- and Director-level stakeholders on strategic decisions.
Technical depth required in modern cloud data architectures (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Kafka, Flink), MarTech stacks (CDPs, DMPs, campaign tools, measurement frameworks), architectural design reviews, and AI/ML concepts applied to customer data. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven program management, risk anticipation, and cross-organizational visibility. Exceptional communication and influence skills, with ability to distill complex technical status into executive narratives. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
