Lila Sciences is building Scientific Superintelligence to solve major scientific challenges by combining advanced AI models with proprietary AI Science Factory instruments. The company operates an autonomous scientific method execution system accelerating discovery across medicine, materials, and energy.
As Principal Technical Program Manager, App, you will serve as a strategic bridge between cutting-edge research and program execution. You'll guide the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives while translating research insights into actionable initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the overall program vision and strategic alignment, translating research insights into executable initiatives
- Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to refine program objectives in a dynamic, early-stage environment
- Leading technical projects to ensure robustness and scalability of the technology stack while maintaining organizational alignment
- Managing data integrity and relevance across teams, establishing and monitoring key performance metrics
- Serving as primary interface between technical and business teams, communicating complex outcomes and securing resources
- Implementing best practices for rapid experimentation and iteration to drive agile program progression
- Developing clear documentation and reporting to communicate vision, track progress, and align initiatives
- Fostering continuous innovation by staying informed on technological advancements and recommending strategic improvements
You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with proven program management experience across various domains. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving programs to completion, are required.
