lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform enabling FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products through a single API. As part of the dwpbank Group, the company combines modern technology with established financial services expertise. You will lead a critical cross-company strategic program coordinating lemon.markets and dwpbank's joint offering. This is a central coordination role requiring you to align stakeholders across both organizations, manage dependencies, and drive execution across commercial, product, and governance workstreams. Key responsibilities include: - Own overall coordination of the strategic program between lemon.markets and dwpbank - Shape how both companies' offerings integrate into a compelling joint proposition - Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and commercial teams - Act as the connective layer ensuring priorities, decisions, risks, and dependencies are transparent - Work with senior leaders to keep the program on track and escalate as needed - Identify strategic risks and opportunities early - Translate complex discussions into clear recommendations and actionable decisions - Drive momentum across stakeholders through effective communication and follow-through - Support business development efforts for the joint offering You bring strong program management or strategic project leadership experience in complex financial-services environments, ideally with background in securities services, custody, brokerage, wealth management, or financial infrastructure. You navigate regulated environments and cross-functional dependencies well, absorb complex context quickly, and structure ambiguity into practical action. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution discipline, are a patient communicator who builds trust across organizational boundaries, and understand how product, execution, and business development interact. Fluency in German and English is required.
