Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to join the Business Systems team, which builds and optimizes internal technologies enabling the company's defense mission. The role focuses on CorporateOS, a suite of digital software solutions serving Anduril's growth, finance, and people teams, integrated with ArsenalOS for engineering, production, and sustainment.
You will design, develop, and implement solutions that meet organizational business requirements, collaborating across People, Finance, Legal, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and accounting teams. Key responsibilities include translating business needs into functional and technical solutions; analyzing current systems and processes to identify improvements; leading system-centric projects from conception through completion, including scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets; integrating third-party systems and vendors; working with internal software development teams on custom solutions; and providing guidance, training, and documentation to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices.
Required qualifications include 8+ years designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred); experience as a sole administrator with limited external reliance; proven track record leading complex system-centric projects; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities; U.S. Person status (required for export-controlled data access); and ability to work in-office full-time with willingness to travel up to 25% for hands-on instruction and assistance.
Preferred qualifications include background in high-security or defense industry environments and exposure to ERP and HCM platforms such as Rippling, Oracle, Workday, or ADP.
