Bobyard is a Series A AI-powered construction tech company that automates takeoffs and estimates, enabling contractors to create bids 10x faster. The company is backed by 8VC, Primary, and Pear, and is experiencing rapid growth. You will be Bobyard's first dedicated Head of Revenue Operations, architecting and scaling the entire revenue engine from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on role that bridges systems, process, and people—a true player-coach position. Key responsibilities include: **Revenue Strategy & Architecture**: Design the end-to-end GTM architecture from lead generation through renewal. Define the systems, data structures, and operational processes that enable scaling, with clear accountability across every handoff. **Revenue Intelligence & Forecasting**: Own visibility into the revenue engine by implementing leading indicators, forecasting models, and early-warning systems. Provide leadership with high-fidelity trajectory views and actionable insights for course correction. **Efficiency & Resource Optimization**: Continuously audit GTM performance for capital efficiency. Identify and resolve revenue leakage, optimize resource allocation (territories, segments, headcount), and surface primary growth constraints to maximize ROI. **Cross-Functional Orchestration**: Serve as the central owner of the revenue ecosystem, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Lead a scientific approach to commercial operations, iterating on GTM methodologies to improve velocity, conversion, and net retention. **Systems Integration**: Unify the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Equals, Lemlist, Intercom, billing tools), evaluate new software, and ensure seamless data flow across all revenue functions. You'll need 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems roles with proven success scaling B2B SaaS startups through growth transitions. Hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) is essential—you've built workflows and automations yourself. You have a track record of unifying disconnected systems into coherent stacks, owning forecasting, deal desk, and quota/compensation processes. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, having built something from scratch before. Some experience managing or mentoring at least one person is required. You think strategically in networks rather than silos, equally comfortable with high-level strategy and granular execution. Nice-to-have skills include SQL or workflow automation fluency, experience in vertical or complex B2B SaaS (construction, industrial), and specific experience standing up RevOps at Series A–B startups.
