Tines is hiring a Principal Program Manager for Public Sector Compliance to lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of federal and public sector compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Director of GRC, this is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving Tines' readiness across U.S. federal, Department of Defense, and SLED (State, Local, and Education) environments.
You will own a comprehensive compliance program spanning FedRAMP, CMMC, IL5, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FISMA, CJIS, GovRAMP, and other agency-specific security and compliance obligations. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strategic planning and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Security, GRC, Engineering, Product, IT, and the public sector legal team.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the program roadmap and governance model, translating regulatory and customer requirements into strategic initiatives, partnering with Security and Engineering to ensure compliance aligns with system architecture, driving prioritization of certifications and attestations, and serving as a central coordination point across Legal, Sales, Security, and GRC. You will identify and manage program-level risks, gaps, and dependencies, bring working knowledge of the public sector ecosystem including DFARS and GSA schedules, monitor evolving regulatory requirements, and partner closely with the public sector legal team.
Success requires balancing regulatory obligations, customer demand, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and commercial priorities. The role operates at the program level, setting roadmaps, building governance models, driving alignment, and helping Tines execute in a scalable and sustainable way.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, with work performed from within the United States.
