Precision for Medicine seeks a Principal Innovation Business Analyst to join its European team on a fully remote basis. This role bridges business stakeholders, clinical teams, innovation, and technology partners to identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
The Principal Innovation Business Analyst combines clinical research knowledge with strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving system adoption through training, communication, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement, escalating concerns to leadership when needed
• Leading or supporting system implementations, including testing, training, and support for existing and new systems
• Understanding business operation systems' needs and pain points to provide guidance and remove barriers
• Coordinating stakeholder requirements discussions to understand functional requirements and adoption barriers
• Developing and documenting specifications for system selection, operations, and configuration based on end-user business needs
• Collaborating with functional teams to update system configurations, templates, reports, dashboards, and milestones
• Supporting integrations within and across platforms and with external systems
• Overseeing system version releases and configuration changes, including testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Developing system processes, procedures, and best practices for technical and clinical teams
• Participating in audit and regulatory inspection preparation, assisting with CAPA development and execution
• Monitoring systems for efficiency improvements and end-user experience enhancements
• Providing strategic insights and recommendations to system leadership
• Supporting the development and deployment of AI agents, prompt libraries, SOPs, and work instructions
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience with systems and processes, experience in matrixed environments, AI and AI agent building expertise, and detailed knowledge of clinical trial systems (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS). The candidate must have experience transforming business process requirements into functional requirements and leading teams directly or indirectly to achieve operational outcomes.
