ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead Lux, the company's AI-native experience platform. Lux brings together AI-first user experiences, agentic AI, contextual intelligence, and reusable platform capabilities to enable ServiceNow's business units to build consistent, intelligent, enterprise-grade applications.
In this role, you will drive AI strategy for the next generation of enterprise AI-first experiences. You'll partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Customer Success to define product strategy and roadmap for Lux while driving adoption across ServiceNow's product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing product strategy for an AI-native platform serving multiple business units
- Translating fast-moving agentic AI research and capabilities into concrete, productizable user experiences
- Architecting platform primitives that multiply value across products and use cases
- Building alignment across Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and partners
- Shipping 0→1 products and scaling them in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Raising the bar on AI-powered UX, focusing on deterministic, reliable experiences that enterprise users depend on daily
- Influencing through demonstration and platform thinking rather than authority
Requirements:
- 15+ years of product management experience, with shipped agentic AI products within the last 12–18 months (recent shipped work and technical depth weighted more heavily than tenure alone)
- Hands-on technical depth: ability to work in codebases, stand up prototypes, and challenge engineering decisions with real technical credibility
- Experience using AI-native prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make) to move from idea to working prototype in hours
- Strong grasp of modern AI systems and agent architectures, including planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
- Proven ability to translate agentic AI landscape into concrete product experiences without waiting for consensus
- Perspective on AI as a new material for building interfaces, not as a bolt-on chat box
- Commitment to deterministic AI: predictable, reliable, repeatable experiences where the same intent produces the same trustworthy outcome
- Track record of shipping 0→1 and scaling 1→N in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Platform thinking: ability to architect primitives that multiply value and influence through demonstration
- Team-first approach, thriving in ambiguity, building alignment without relying on authority
Highly Preferred:
- Developer or engineering background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- MBA and AI product credential (e.g., AI Product School)
