Salary: USD 143,000 - 190,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a Principal Growth Marketing Manager to lead organic growth strategy through content and SEO/GEO initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on defining content strategy, identifying high-impact content opportunities, and driving measurable traffic and pipeline impact. Key Responsibilities: - Own Datadog's content-led SEO/GEO strategy, defining topics, formats, and content ecosystems that drive growth in traffic and pipeline - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team - Identify and prioritize high-impact content opportunities across product areas and influence cross-functional teams to execute - Map and optimize Datadog's presence across LLM-ingested content platforms (YouTube, Reddit, review sites) to improve AI-driven discoverability - Design and execute comprehensive off-page strategy including link acquisition, digital PR, and authority-building initiatives - Partner with Website Experience team on technical SEO to ensure content is effectively surfaced, indexed, and performant - Create and contribute to high-impact content pieces, setting quality and SEO performance standards - Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, and digital discovery, translating market shifts into strategic opportunities You will partner closely with Website Experience, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams. The role operates in a hybrid workplace model. Requirements: - 10+ years of SEO/Growth Marketing experience in B2B or high-growth tech environments - Proven track record of growing qualified organic traffic and visibility through content strategy (not just technical SEO) - Highly analytical with comfort working in large datasets; SQL skills a plus - Hands-on experience with enterprise SEO tools such as Conductor and Profound - Strong understanding of how traditional search is evolving - Experience marketing to developers, DevOps engineers, IT operations, or security practitioners, including content writing, strongly preferred
