Salary: USD 160,000 - 206,000 / annual
Vuori, an athletic apparel company redefining casual-meets-performance wear, is seeking a Principal Architect, Enterprise Solutions to lead enterprise technology strategy and business systems architecture across Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Planning, Product Development, and Finance.
In this senior role, you will define Vuori's enterprise architecture standards, principles, and long-term technology roadmaps while partnering with executive leadership to align technology investments with corporate growth objectives. You will develop future-state business capability models, identify modernization opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor on technology investments and digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
**Enterprise Business & Technology Strategy**: Define and maintain architecture standards and roadmaps; partner with business executives to align technology with corporate objectives; develop future-state capability models; identify simplification and modernization opportunities; advise leadership on technology investments and transformation initiatives.
**Enterprise Architecture Leadership**: Lead architecture for large-scale transformation programs; establish standards across applications, integrations, data, cloud platforms, and AI solutions; guide solution architects and engineering teams; evaluate architectural impacts and dependencies; lead architecture review boards and governance processes.
**Technology Governance & Innovation**: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments; drive platform modernization and technical debt reduction; ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
**Program & Delivery Leadership**: Provide executive-level architecture oversight for major initiatives; ensure alignment with business capabilities and architectural standards; identify and mitigate enterprise-wide technology risks; support planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
**Organizational Leadership**: Mentor architects, solution designers, technical leads, and engineering teams; develop architecture practices and communities of excellence; promote innovation and technical excellence; influence organizational technology direction; foster business-technology collaboration.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, business systems, technology strategy, or solution architecture
- Deep functional expertise in one or more business domains: Supply Chain, Retail, Ecommerce, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, or Product Development
- Experience leading enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives
- Proven success designing architecture for complex, multi-platform environments
- Strong understanding of business process design and enterprise operating models
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making
- Experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience leading global ERP transformation and rollout programs
- Experience with AI, machine learning, data science, and intelligent automation initiatives
- Azure, AWS, or cloud-native architecture experience
- Experience with modern integration architectures, event-driven design, and API platforms
- Experience within retail, apparel, consumer products, or omni-channel organizations
