BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider for digital asset solutions, serving thousands of institutions globally. The Prime Client Services, Senior Associate will manage business operations for BitGo Prime's digital asset trading and financing services, serving as a critical operational backbone for institutional clients.
Key responsibilities include managing trade and settlement workflows (trade entry, asset transfers, reporting, reconciliation), collaborating with the business team to maintain optimal funding across trading venues, and serving as first-line support for trading and financing operations inquiries. The role involves leading process improvements, identifying operational gaps, recommending automation opportunities, and supporting system testing for proprietary platforms.
You will produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders, assist the sales and client services teams with counterparty onboarding, and identify operational risks while introducing controls and documenting policies and procedures. The position requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to enhance services, and developing relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party vendors.
Required qualifications include previous middle or back-office experience in financial services trading, stock loan, or FX. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (macro programming a plus) is required. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is needed. Experience with cryptocurrency, client management, and comfort in fast-moving startup environments are valued.
