In this Pricing Analyst role, you will be responsible for understanding Easyship's business processes through data analysis and leveraging that knowledge to drive business impact across the organization. You will play a crucial role in helping teams make data-driven pricing decisions and improving overall business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the business and its processes through data analysis
- Applying data knowledge to help marketing, sales, and product teams drive business impact
- Working with stakeholders to clarify problems and business objectives
- Extracting relevant data points from various datasets
- Analyzing and identifying statistically significant trends or insights
- Preparing and communicating findings in accessible formats
- Building reports and visualizations to monitor key KPIs and objectives
- Creating and managing documentation on projects, recurring tasks, and findings to build internal knowledge libraries
This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Bengaluru (MG Road) office, following IST collaboration hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role working with sizable datasets
- Solid knowledge of undergraduate statistics: distributions, uncertainty, biases, hypothesis testing, etc.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven ability to communicate findings visually using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge
- Experience working in a SaaS environment (preferred)
