Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and leader in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead its Implementation Services team for the Quality Cloud. This is a remote, US-based role with up to 25% travel.
You will lead a professional services team delivering Veeva Quality Cloud implementations to life sciences customers. Your responsibilities include hiring, performance management, and mentorship of your team; executing as a Services Delivery Lead on multiple customer engagements; managing team supply and demand to ensure optimal staffing and project delivery; and dedicating up to 25% of your time to direct customer engagement.
Key accountabilities: drive operational excellence through utilization and resource management; support and coach your team to deliver billable work and maintain productivity; manage escalations and partner with sales on pre-sales activities; cultivate trusted customer relationships; coordinate across projects to share lessons learned and best practices; provide executive oversight of internal initiatives; and build an internal network across Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services to champion customer and employee success.

Requirements: 10+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm; 8+ years in people management; proven track record growing and leading a professional services team; operational excellence in services delivery including utilization and resource management; ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have: experience implementing Quality Systems for life sciences or regulated industries.
