Veeva Systems is seeking a Practice Manager for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead a Professional Services team delivering enterprise cloud implementations for life sciences and regulated industries. This is a people management role reporting into the Services leadership organization, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team of EHS and Vault Platform implementation consultants.
Key responsibilities include: recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent; managing team capacity and career growth; serving as a Services Delivery Lead for key customer engagements (up to 25% customer-facing time); establishing prescriptive scoping and project delivery methodologies to drive implementation excellence; driving operational efficiency and standardized best practices across the EHS practice; partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure customer outcomes; identifying and mitigating delivery risks and operational bottlenecks; and serving as a trusted executive escalation point for complex customer situations.
You will be instrumental in accelerating Veeva's 2030 Services Vision by enforcing packaged solutions, automated tools, and modern delivery practices. The role requires deep domain expertise in Environmental Health & Safety, operational risk, and regulatory compliance workflows, combined with proven ability to lead software implementation teams at enterprise scale.
