Reality Labs Entertainment Video Production (RVP) is seeking a Head of Post-Production & Delivery to own the end-to-end post and delivery pipeline for a fast-growing slate of video content spanning immersive, 3D, and traditional formats.
In this senior, hands-on leadership role, you will own how every title moves from turnover through finishing, QC, and final delivery across 3D conversions, native 3D productions, immersive originals, and live sports. You'll build documented, repeatable, scalable systems that support producers and raise the quality bar as the slate scales.
Key responsibilities include: defining and hardening the post-production operating system (delivery specs, acceptance criteria, closed-captioning standards, asset management, workflow automation); sourcing, onboarding, and holding accountable a roster of external post partners (conversion houses, finishing, stereo, color, sound) and contract producers; serving as the quality gate with final authority on technical specs before content ships; anticipating capacity, throughput, and risk ahead of demand; partnering cross-functionally with producers, physical production, finance, technical production, and external studios; and maintaining fluency across traditional post, immersive (stereoscopic VR180, mixed reality), and stereoscopic 3D post.
You bring 12+ years of post-production experience across scripted, unscripted, and/or live events, including senior leadership running multiple concurrent projects. You have proven expertise building and tightening post-production systems at scale, deep technical fluency with video/audio codecs, transcoding, 4K–8K+ content, HDR/Dolby Vision, spatial audio, and professional camera formats. You're proficient with industry-standard tools (Adobe, DaVinci Resolve, Foundry, SGO) and have demonstrated success leading external vendors and contractors in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience with immersive video formats, live events/sports workflows, closed-captioning and localization at scale, and standing up post operations from a vendor/contractor base is preferred.
