Cloudflare is seeking a Post-Award Governance Specialist to manage the operational execution of government contracts after signature. This role serves as the operational backbone ensuring contracts remain current, compliant, and paid throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
**Credential and Portal Stewardship**: Maintain active registrations across sovereign infrastructure systems globally (SAM.gov, ORBIT, UK G-Cloud, EU TED, regional procurement portals) using automated data layers to ensure continuous bidding and payment eligibility.
**Data Parity Auditing**: Direct automated audit workflows to reconcile internal invoicing, tax records (EIN, legal business name), and federal portal profiles, preventing payment freezes from oversight programs like the U.S. Treasury "Do Not Pay" Working System.
**Contract Deliverable Management (CDRLs)**: Extract requirements from executed contracts, build automated reporting schedules, and oversee submission of mandatory recurring deliverables (Contract Activity Reports, Contractor Profile Reports) to client agencies on time.
**Customer Performance Awareness**: Partner with Customer Support and leverage AI tools to monitor contract obligations, proactively triaging technical issues that could affect past-performance ratings.
**Contract Performance Reporting**: Oversee customer contract performance evaluation cycles (CPARS), ensuring accurate, timely submissions that protect Cloudflare's past-performance record.
**Compliance Certification Coordination**: Coordinate ongoing certifications for government contract compliance with Supply Chain, HR, and internal teams to meet employment regulations and global eligibility criteria.
**RFx and Vendor Knowledge Systems**: Maintain and optimize the central repository for RFx responses using automated knowledge management workflows, updating content in real time and coordinating with subject matter experts.
Desirable experience includes direct post-award management of U.S. government contracts, prior federal contracting officer or acquisition role experience, hands-on work with SAM.gov, DSBS, ORBIT, and international government contracting frameworks. FAR provision knowledge and ability to collaborate across legal, finance, support, and security teams in a fast-moving environment are valued.
