The PMO (Project Management Office) is scaling from managing a handful of large projects to overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role leads PMO operations, establishing processes, governance, and frameworks to support the organization's hypergrowth trajectory. You will own the operational backbone of project delivery, ensuring visibility, compliance, and alignment across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include: designing and implementing PMO processes and standards; managing project portfolio visibility and reporting; establishing governance frameworks and escalation protocols; mentoring and developing PMO team members; collaborating with leadership to align project strategy with business objectives; leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline PMO workflows; and ensuring real-time compliance and seamless cross-functional integration.
The ideal candidate brings experience scaling PMO functions in high-growth environments, strong process design and change management skills, and the ability to balance structure with entrepreneurial agility. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and embrace the company's culture of innovation and automation. French language skills are an asset but not required.
