Lovable is a platform that enables anyone to build software with any language, serving millions of users from solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams. As the first Platform Safety Analyst, you'll be the frontline responder for all incoming trust & safety claims on the Lovable platform and user-built applications.
You'll triage incoming reports, investigate incidents, and take enforcement actions including warnings, takedowns, and account restrictions. Every decision is documented meticulously. You'll escalate complex or high-severity cases to the T&S Experts, Legal, and Engineering teams with clear, concise summaries that enable fast decision-making.
Beyond reactive moderation, you'll identify patterns across cases and feed insights back into policy development, tooling improvements, and detection systems. You'll work closely with Engineering to help build AI-assisted moderation capabilities that allow a small team to operate at scale.
The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations at a consumer tech company. You need sharp judgment under ambiguity—the ability to read a report, gather context, and make the right call quickly. You're comfortable with sensitive content, maintain a steady temperament, and understand how to protect your own wellbeing while doing this work. You document decisions rigorously, spot patterns, and turn one-off cases into systemic improvements.
You communicate clearly and empathetically with reporters, users, and internal teams. Strong written English is essential—it's the company language. Bonus experience includes familiarity with the Digital Services Act (DSA), NCMEC reporting, or working with law enforcement requests.
Lovable is a small, talent-dense team in Stockholm building a generation-defining company. The culture emphasizes extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. You'll work with people who care deeply, ship fast, and want to make a dent in the world.
