iCapital is seeking a Vice President to lead its Implementation team within the Product organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing platform integrations for new and existing enterprise clients, overseeing the ongoing platform experience, and driving successful outcomes in close partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.
Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end integrations for wealth managers, asset managers, and third-party data providers (fund administrators, transfer agents). You will provide comprehensive program and project management expertise—framing projects, establishing detailed plans, managing risk, and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders. The role requires deep technical knowledge of the iCapital platform to lead client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model design, platform setup, testing, and rollout.
You will manage the overall platform experience for existing clients, maximizing their platform consumption and building strong understanding of their business operations. You'll provide Product Managers and internal stakeholders with critical client context for change management and new product enhancements, while collaborating to identify product gaps and opportunities.
This position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and external technology partners.
Required qualifications include 10+ years in project management, client software implementations, or relationship management within financial services or fintech. You must have knowledge of wealth management, alternative investments, and private banking processes; a proven track record leading cross-functional teams; familiarity with financial software solutions; excellent documentation and writing skills; strong interpersonal and presentation abilities; and experience influencing stakeholders. Data integration experience is a plus.
The role is hybrid, with office presence Monday–Thursday and remote flexibility on Friday.
