iCapital is seeking a Vice President to lead its Implementation team for Annuities, a critical function within the Product organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing end-to-end platform integrations for new and existing clients—including broker-dealers, Independent Marketing Organizations, carriers, and technology partners—while overseeing the ongoing platform experience for existing clients in partnership with Product Managers and Relationship Managers.
Key responsibilities include driving successful annuity implementations from discovery through rollout; providing comprehensive project and program management including risk management and stakeholder accountability; maintaining deep expertise in the iCapital annuities platform to lead client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model design, platform setup, testing, and deployment. The role involves managing complex integrations spanning annuity marketplaces, order entry platforms, eApplication providers, carrier connectivity, and related workflows. You will manage the overall platform experience for existing clients, focusing on adoption and utilization of annuity products, while building strong client relationships and translating business needs to platform capabilities.
Collaboration is central: you'll work closely with Product Managers to identify gaps and opportunities, vet solutions, and roll out new features. You'll partner across Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and external technology teams.
Required qualifications include 10+ years in project management, client software implementations, or relationship management within financial services, insurance, annuities, or fintech. You must have knowledge of wealth management, insurance distribution, broker-dealer operations, and annuity business processes; familiarity with annuity products, carrier ecosystems, and order entry/eApplication workflows; proven track record leading cross-functional project teams; and experience with software-based financial solutions. Strong writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. Experience managing technology integrations is a plus.
