Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual

The Planning Data Quality Analyst will serve as the central coordinator for product catalog management and revision control across Engineering, Configuration Management, Product Management, Planning, Finance, and Production. This is a relationship-building and process-focused role that ensures requests move efficiently through intake and that new engineering releases are communicated and aligned across all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the Product Catalog Intake Form in Foundry ("Almanac") as the single entry point for all new product additions and edits to existing items - Prioritizing and routing requests while maintaining intake SLAs to prevent requests from aging in queues - Coordinating revision control whenever Engineering releases new revisions, ensuring Configuration Management, Product Managers, Planners, and Production teams are aligned on timing and sellability - Maintaining clear, living documentation of intake and revision control processes to eliminate tribal knowledge - Identifying recurring bottlenecks and proposing process improvements rather than simply executing the queue - Building working relationships across cross-functional teams that do not report to this role, fostering routine alignment This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound requests against tight deadlines. The analyst will be the person who keeps requests moving and ensures that when Engineering releases a new revision, everyone who needs to know and act receives timely notification. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in program/project coordination, operations, or planning-adjacent roles managing high volumes of inbound requests against deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Highly organized with demonstrated ability to keep queues moving without items falling through the cracks, even during volume spikes - Proactive communicator able to partner with people across Engineering, Configuration Management, Product, Planning, and Production to align on timing and next steps - Eye for process improvement; when recurring snags occur, you flag and suggest better approaches rather than routing around them - High ownership and low ego; you treat the queue and coordination as yours to protect regardless of who started the issue - Experience with product catalogs, item master data, or configuration/change management in hardware or manufacturing environments - Experience with Foundry, Oracle, Salesforce, Mercury, and other ERP tools - Experience with scripting languages (Python or R) for data analysis and automation - Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift) - Understanding of AI/ML-assisted data quality monitoring tools
