Vuori, an athletic apparel company redefining casual activewear, is seeking a Planning & Allocation Manager for the UK & Europe region based in London. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, planning, and inventory management, with responsibility for in-region inventory movement and analysis.
You will partner with international merchants and planning teams to develop strategy, build targets and KPIs, optimize markdown strategy, and improve sell-through and forward planning. Key responsibilities include developing weekly sales analysis at the style and color level to inform in-season inventory management decisions, analyzing business performance to maximize sales and profitability while managing inventory turn and risk, and improving analytical capabilities to support key milestone meetings for the international business.
You will build strong partnerships with global peers to ensure strategic consistency, share best practices, and foster a results-oriented environment. The role involves evolving regional inventory processes and tools to meet dynamic market needs while driving efficiency and performance. You will own in-region store allocation and inventory management across Full Price and Outlet locations.
This is a highly influential position requiring the ability to influence both peers and leaders through strong business acumen and stakeholder management. You will be accountable for analysis of in-season business and development of future financial strategies supporting company financial goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, business, or supply chain (or equivalent years of experience)
- 7+ years of retail planning, inventory management, financial planning, and/or production planning experience
- Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and related planning, finance, or analytical systems
- Great business influence skills with ability to secure input from various teams
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, grow performance capabilities, and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and influence critical stakeholders, proactively problem-solve, and recommend solutions
- Extremely strong communication and presentation skills; ability to present complex information and recommendations concisely to diverse audiences
