Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations professional to join the Production organization's Special Projects team. You will be embedded across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and cross-functional teams (Finance, Growth, HR) to drive operational excellence in hardware procurement, manufacturing, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include owning operational projects end-to-end from definition through implementation, tackling ambiguous problems at the intersection of hardware and software systems (inventory management, asset tracking, manufacturing quality systems). You will work on strategic initiatives that require structuring ambiguity and shepherding cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions using first-principles thinking and rapid research.
You will become deeply familiar with Anduril's business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leverage data analytics tools (Excel, Palantir Foundry) to create insights that equip functional teams to measure and improve processes. The role demands executing rapid analyses on tight timelines while building scalable, long-term solutions. You will project-manage across many stakeholders and interact regularly with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, and Growth teams.
Required: 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, business analysis, or similar roles requiring operational problem-solving. You are self-driven, proactive, and don't wait for direction—you identify gaps and offer solutions. You excel at building clear frameworks to structure complex problems, thrive as a thought partner, and translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions. You embrace feedback, acknowledge weaknesses, and are committed to continuous growth. Strong analytical aptitude and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
