Neko Health is building a preventive-care model that uses advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into actionable insights. The company's mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear.
As a Physician in Washington, D.C., you will deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support. You'll conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings with consistent quality, create personalized, action-oriented health plans translated into next steps members actually take, and educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies. You'll provide clinical oversight and escalation support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), serve as a supervising or collaborating physician to APP colleagues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operators and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
Success in this role is measured by member follow-through on action plans, downstream health outcomes, and how members felt about their consultation—not just clinical findings. You'll work in a deeply collaborative, tech-forward environment where every role contributes to building a world where prevention is the norm.
The ideal candidate has a genuine, personal commitment to preventive medicine as a way of practicing, a member-first instinct that prioritizes the member experience, and a collaborative approach that lifts the team around you.
