Salary: USD 107,100 - 126,000 / annual

As an Operations Trainer based onsite at the Romeoville, Illinois facility, you will develop, coordinate, and deliver standardized, role-based training programs supporting all Pharmacy Operations functions. You will partner with subject matter experts across Pharmacy Operations, Compounding, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, Product Development, Operational Excellence, and Workforce Management to create training that ensures employees perform work safely, consistently, and in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Leading onboarding and role-based training programs across all Pharmacy Operations functions - Developing, maintaining, and delivering instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and LMS-based training programs - Partnering with cross-functional SMEs to develop standardized training materials aligned with operational processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements - Coordinating training for new products, equipment, process improvements, and SOP updates - Establishing and maintaining role-based learning paths, competency assessments, training matrices, and employee qualification records - Monitoring training completion, competency, compliance, and effectiveness using established metrics - Identifying retraining opportunities through quality events, audits, process changes, and leadership feedback - Collaborating across departments to ensure consistent training and workforce readiness across all Pharmacy Operations locations - Periodic travel to other pharmacy locations to deliver training and support operational initiatives You bring 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or another regulated environment. You have demonstrated ability to develop and deliver operational training programs in fast-paced settings, build training materials, facilitate learning, and manage employee competency programs. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills are essential, along with experience using Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and standardized work practices is preferred. You are collaborative, passionate about developing people, and committed to driving continuous improvement and building scalable training programs.
