Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication to agents, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders. Partner with the Distribution team to support agent training and underwriting education. Collaborate with internal teams to improve underwriting efficiency and service quality.
Underwriting Guidelines & Process Improvement: Provide feedback on underwriting guidelines based on market conditions and emerging risks. Support development and implementation of underwriting referral and authority protocols. Contribute to underwriting training materials, workflow enhancements, and process improvements. Complete underwriting projects of low to moderate complexity as assigned.
