Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech platform with over €30 billion in assets under management and 700+ employees, is seeking its first dedicated People Analytics Manager to build data-driven decision-making across the People function.
In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will establish the foundations of People Analytics at Scalable. You will combine data from multiple HR systems and source systems to create a trusted, high-quality People data foundation. You will design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking core metrics including headcount, hiring, retention, employee lifecycle, and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a reliable People data foundation by integrating data from relevant systems while ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and clear data ownership
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports for core People metrics
- Partnering with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to translate business questions into meaningful analyses
- Developing clear, actionable recommendations and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Improving and expanding the People Tech ecosystem to support reliable data flows and efficient processes
- Establishing practical data governance standards for People data, including definitions, access, quality checks, and privacy requirements
- Identifying opportunities to develop forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities as the foundation matures
- Shaping Scalable's People Analytics and People Tech foundations with a dedicated budget for tooling and continuous learning
- Working closely with People, Finance, and business leadership to improve decision-making, employee experience, and business growth
You will have direct impact on strategic decisions and will work with an international, diverse team across Scalable's offices in Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Milan, and London.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in People Analytics, People Data Management, Business Intelligence, or comparable data analytics role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Experience working with HR systems and integrating data from multiple sources
- Sound understanding of data architecture, data quality, data governance, and privacy principles
- Ability to explain complex data clearly and turn findings into practical recommendations
- Experience with Python or R is a plus, especially for advanced analytics
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Must be based in Munich or Berlin and work from one of the office locations
