Curve Dental is a dental practice management software company providing award-winning solutions for patient scheduling, billing, imaging, and record keeping. The company operates two payments brands: Curve Pay (part of Curve Dental) and FlexPayments (part of Flex Dental).
As Payments Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the payments business, responsible for keeping performance visible, priorities moving, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own the operating cadence of the payments business by building and maintaining dashboards and reporting that track performance across the customer lifecycle, from initial setup through renewal and expansion.
• Monitor account and business health, identify emerging risks early, and proactively bring findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional execution across sales, account management, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure strategic priorities move forward, not just get announced.
• Design and continuously improve the processes, tools, and systems that power the payments business.
• Partner closely with payments leadership to support both brands and ensure operational excellence.
This role requires someone who can synthesize data into actionable insights, coordinate across multiple teams, and maintain focus on both day-to-day execution and strategic priorities. You'll work in a collaborative environment where individual and team success are valued.
