Revolut is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager to oversee local payment operations in Peru. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant payment processing across Revolut's platform serving 75+ million customers globally.
You will be responsible for maintaining adherence to Peruvian regulatory requirements and managing relationships with local payment systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end payment processes—from transaction initiation through verification, reconciliation, and settlement via local and international payment systems. You'll collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues, generate compliance reports on payment activities and performance metrics, and monitor payment-related risks including fraud, errors, and operational disruptions.
You'll also facilitate communication between Revolut and payment service providers on operational, technical, and regulatory matters, provide internal support regarding payment processes and compliance requirements, and stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in payments.
This is an operations-focused role requiring deep expertise in Peru's local payment schemes and regulatory landscape. You'll work remotely but will need strong knowledge of local payment legislation, user certifications for local payment systems operations, and fluency in English with exceptional communication skills. The role demands 5+ years of experience in local payment schemes and a track record of managing complex payment operations at scale.
