Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

SRS Acquiom is seeking a Payments Analyst to join the Operations team supporting complex M&A and loan agency transactions. This role sits at the center of payment workflows and shareholder documentation management, blending detailed processing work with critical decision-making in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of payment operations: processing shareholder documentation via mail and email, conducting data entry of personally identifiable information, populating and reconciling shareholder documents within data rooms, creating daily payment files for bank submission, researching returned or delayed payments, and handling stop-check requests. You'll interact regularly with sophisticated investors and security holders via phone and email to resolve documentation deficiencies, take ownership of individual transactions, and serve as the go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include tracking document retention requirements to maintain FINRA compliance, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency, and maintaining flexibility to support deal timelines, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability. This is a hybrid position based in the Denver, CO office. The role demands strong project management, meticulous attention to detail, discretion when handling sensitive information, and excellent communication skills. You'll work both collaboratively within the operations team and independently on individual projects, managing multiple concurrent transactions in a dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, or other documentation-heavy roles - Comfort working with large volumes of data and handling sensitive personally identifiable information - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization - Strong written communication skills for stakeholder correspondence and internal handoffs - Self-motivation and ability to manage time in a busy environment - Microsoft Excel proficiency - Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Adobe, and document workflows is a plus - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
