Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the cardiology system around outcomes rather than volume, partnering with independent cardiologists to deliver population health solutions. As the first Payer Implementation Analyst, you will support payer implementations and ongoing partner management, reporting to the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives. You will manage day-to-day project coordination for health plan partnerships, owning the full lifecycle from contracting through go-live and post-launch support. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining project plans, tracking open items and decisions, preparing polished payer-facing materials (decks, implementation updates, decision logs), and engaging directly with payer partners on implementation calls. You'll coordinate across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, and Legal teams to resolve implementation issues, support post-launch account management including data feed monitoring and reporting, and help build Chamber's first payer implementation playbook by documenting repeatable processes and lessons learned. In your first 90 days, you'll develop deep knowledge of Chamber's active payer relationships and their lifecycle stage, take ownership of project plans and documentation for at least one live implementation, build cross-functional relationships, and begin documenting recurring implementation steps. You bring 3–5 years of client-facing implementation experience in healthcare, ideally with direct health plan engagement. You excel at building project plans from scratch, managing multiple work-streams with limited oversight, and communicating with clarity and professionalism. You thrive in fast-moving startup environments where priorities shift and structure is still being built. You're a quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and open to using AI tools thoughtfully. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization required without sponsorship.
