As a Patient Navigator, you will be the frontline support for patients and caregivers seeking pre-approval treatment access. Your responsibilities include communicating with patients via phone and email to respond to access requests, capturing medical data in the internal platform, and using the company's AI tool to search global trial databases for relevant pre-approval options. You will pre-screen patients for specific clinical trials, engage with patients to expand the Medical Community and raise awareness about the myTomorrows platform, and proactively identify trends and opportunities in daily operations. You will achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction while contributing to improvements in patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields
- Experience: 2-5+ years in patient navigation, clinical research, or healthcare communication roles; experience with patient care in clinical settings and knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to explain complex medical information in simple terms; excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in CRM and healthcare databases; literacy in Microsoft Office and web-based tools; ability to prioritize multiple commitments while maintaining quality; proactivity and ability to work unsupervised; patient-centric mindset with empathy; attention to detail for accurate data recording; ability to build trust and manage confidential information; team player in multicultural environments
- Certifications: Good Clinical Practice certification or healthcare-related certifications (e.g., Certified Patient Navigator) are a plus
