Doctronic is an AI platform legally authorized to practice medicine, processing millions of consultations monthly with 99%+ treatment plan accuracy validated by board-certified clinicians. As the company scales its partnership portfolio, it is building operational infrastructure to ensure every signed deal delivers on its commitments.
The Partnerships Operations Manager will serve as a key player on the post-sales partnerships team, reporting to the SVP of Partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of external partnerships and internal execution, responsible for ensuring signed partnerships succeed from deal kickoff through ongoing customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner & Stakeholder Management:** Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external partners, building relationships that make Doctronic reliable and easy to work with. Manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders, prepare materials and briefings that represent the company well, and contribute meaningfully in partner and internal meetings rather than simply documenting them.
**Cross-Functional Coordination:** Coordinate with clinical, marketing, operations, finance, and product/engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments. Track deliverables across teams, flag timeline risks early, and serve as the connective tissue between partnership promises and execution teams.
**Program & Project Infrastructure:** Build and maintain operational systems that keep partnerships organized—kanban boards, Linear tracking, shared Slack channels, and Figma files. Own the operational cadence for each partnership including standups, syncs, and action item follow-through. Bring structure to ambiguity, favoring durable systems over one-off fixes.
**Customer Success & Reporting:** Own post-launch customer success for partnerships, including recurring partner success meetings. Build and send consistent, accurate metrics reporting to partners on an ongoing basis. Monitor partner health and escalate early when relationships need attention.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, program management, or account/customer success in a startup or high-growth environment. They are highly organized and process-minded, building systems rather than workarounds. They communicate clearly and confidently, can hold their own with partners and executives, and are comfortable owning wide scope independently with a bias toward action. Fluency with organizational tools (Linear, kanban boards, Slack, Figma) is essential. Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus but not required.
