Sierra is building an AI platform that enables companies to deliver better, more human customer experiences. The company partners with industry leaders including SoftBank, Uber, Rivian, CLEAR, and Sutter Health. Founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace), Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. This foundational role sits on the GTM Operations team, embedded within the Partnerships organization. You will build and run the commercial and operational infrastructure for Sierra's partner-led business, including planning, pipeline management, forecasting, partner economics, deal frameworks, systems, and performance management. Key responsibilities include: owning annual and quarterly planning for partner-led GTM (targets, pipeline coverage, partner priorities, investment levels); building and running partner forecasting discipline with stage definitions, pipeline hygiene, and regular reviews; developing partner economics and pricing models including business cases, ROI analyses, revenue-share scenarios, and unit economics; partnering with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Legal on commercial strategy and repeatable deal frameworks across referral, reseller, channel, and co-sell models; creating guardrails and approval paths for non-standard partner terms and investments; defining partner performance frameworks and building reporting on pipeline, conversion, velocity, revenue, and partnership health; owning the CRM data model and operational infrastructure for partnerships; running partner business reviews and executive operating cadences; identifying bottlenecks across the partner lifecycle and building scalable solutions; and serving as a strategic thought partner on portfolio strategy and partnership opportunities. You will bring 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, pricing, deal strategy, strategic finance, business operations, or management consulting. You have exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, strong command of B2B revenue mechanics, and experience supporting pricing and complex commercial decisions in enterprise software. You are hands-on with CRM and reporting tools, able to define data requirements and build trusted reporting. You have strong commercial judgment, excellent executive communication skills, and a structured, detail-oriented approach paired with ownership and flexibility in fast-moving environments. Ideal candidates also have experience with strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or partner-led revenue motions; outcome-based or usage-based pricing; SQL proficiency and BI tools; building Revenue Operations capabilities from the ground up in high-growth AI or SaaS companies; or supporting complex global partnerships across multiple regions.
