Verto Education is a fast-growing, mission-driven edtech company transforming higher education by enabling students to begin their academic journey overseas before transferring to one of 70+ partner universities in the United States. The Partnership Manager role is central to operational excellence within the University Partnerships department, serving as a catalyst for seamless execution of partnership initiatives, events, and logistical management.
You will act as an operational subject matter expert, maintaining the "source of truth" for critical institutional data and proactively identifying system inconsistencies to ensure data integrity. Key responsibilities include managing partner portal operations by validating and auditing partner-facing data, coordinating prospective student data uploads into Salesforce with the Technology Team and Account Managers, and preparing comprehensive documentation for new partner onboarding and ongoing support. You will oversee partner offboarding activities, ensuring all operational, contractual, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Event management is a core component of this role. You will support logistics for partner-facing meetings (both in-person and virtual), coordinate meeting preparation, and customize presentation materials in collaboration with Marketing and Account Managers using Salesforce data and partner-specific information. You will ensure partner-facing presentations are accurate, on-brand, and delivered to consistently high standards, while communicating with partners on attendance, expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Additional responsibilities include creating internal and external presentation decks, generating year-over-year comparison datasets, supporting partner-facing communications and newsletters, managing event attendance de-duplication, and serving as a technical resource for virtual event platforms.
You will work closely with the Enrollment team, Channel and Direct Transfer partnership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables that support partner launches and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence.
