Gyde is an AI-native insurance brokerage platform transforming how insurance brokers operate. The company acquires traditional brokerages and modernizes them using AI, data analytics, and intelligent automation. As Partner Success Specialist, you will own the end-to-end implementation of GydeOS (Gyde's platform) for newly acquired insurance agencies. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring you to configure and deploy the platform rapidly across partner organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Systems Integration & Configuration**: Lead complete GydeOS stand-up from kickoff through go-live for each new agency. Integrate GydeOS with agency CRM systems, build connector sets for future deployments, and execute data migration playbooks. Manage book-of-business and broker data uploads, including validation, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Configure commission and contracting modules, including commission mapping, carrier hierarchies, and agency-specific incentive structures. Work with Engineering to configure Gia (the AI agent) for each agency's specific workflows, products, and eligibility rules. Build lightweight BI dashboards and reporting views for real-time integration health visibility. Identify and resolve integration blockers, escalating to Partner Growth and Engineering as needed.
**Training & Enablement**: Train agency agents on GydeOS functionality including data uploads, commissions, contracting, and daily usage. Build and maintain scalable enablement materials (SOPs, walkthroughs, video guides). Support agency leadership in change management and adoption tracking.
**Field Feedback & Iteration**: Identify patterns and opportunities across agencies and feed insights back to Engineering to sharpen the deployment playbook. Help standardize processes while remaining flexible in an evolving environment.
You'll be embedded with partner agencies, operating independently to solve technical challenges including data querying, scripting transformations, dashboard creation, and email automation. Success is measured by speed-to-value, standardization across agencies, and adoption metrics. This is a "building the plane while flying it" role in a high-growth, venture-backed healthtech company.
