The company serves enterprise customers including OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews, helping sales, operations, and finance teams accelerate revenue and improve operational efficiency.
As Partner Success Operations Manager, you will lead the operational backbone of Nue's partner delivery function. This is a proactive role focused on anticipating partner needs and keeping the technical delivery team ahead of demand as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include: proactively identifying trends and patterns across support channels (office hours, ticketing, direct support, health reviews) to catch issues early and reduce repeat questions; building and maintaining self-service resources and documentation that enable partners to solve problems independently; owning the support ticketing queue end-to-end, including triage, routing, and resolution tracking; routing requests to the appropriate escalation path (product specialists, Forward Deployment Engineers, Center of Excellence); tracking deployment progress across complex engagements and monitoring team utilization to flag capacity risks; driving resolution rather than just routing, seeing issues through to close with full context; partnering with the Center of Excellence and Partner Success Managers to keep operational work off their plates; defining and building out the systems this function runs on (ticketing, scheduling, reporting); and leveraging AI tools and accelerators for queue management, scheduling, and reporting.
You will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built and the ability to operate with ambiguity is essential. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with architects, consultants, and engineers to coordinate responses and drive issues to resolution.
