As Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the central point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end event project delivery, from kickoff through post-event analysis
- Acting as primary stakeholder liaison, coordinating across sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and working with product/engineering to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent escalations
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events when necessary for launches and critical milestones
You bring 3+ years of project management or consulting experience (event background is a plus, not required). You are fluent in English and Portuguese, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at coordinating cross-functional teams in ambiguous situations. You are detail-oriented, analytically minded, solution-focused, and demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills. You have a proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and push boundaries.
