Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries and reaching over 300 million people monthly. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences through proprietary technology and data-driven insights. As Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You'll serve as the central point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include: managing cross-departmental workflows and timelines; communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and the product/engineering team; creating comprehensive Q&A documentation for the support team to handle user issues; ensuring all project documentation is complete and requirements are met; and attending on-site during event launches or critical dates as needed. You'll work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where entrepreneurial thinking, detail orientation, and analytical problem-solving are essential. The role requires balancing big-picture project ownership with hands-on coordination across multiple stakeholders. Required: 3+ years of project management or consulting experience (events background is a plus but not required); fluency in English and Spanish; strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-management skills; solution-focused mindset; and proven ability to build positive working relationships.
