You will define and monitor KPIs for partner performance, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and prepare regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement. You'll proactively identify and resolve challenges, developing tailored solutions to maintain high partner satisfaction. Additionally, you'll gather partner feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational teams. You bring 2+ years of project management or consulting experience, fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus), and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams. You're analytical, solutions-oriented, and data-driven in your decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, take ownership, and have a proactive, curious mindset.
