Factory is seeking a Partner Operations Lead to build and scale the partner operations function from the ground up as a founding member of the GTM Strategy & Operations team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with potential to evolve into a people management position as the company scales.
You will own the end-to-end systems, workflows, data infrastructure, and operating processes that enable Factory's Partnerships team to scale effectively. Your responsibilities include building and administering systems and tools for the full partner lifecycle—from identification and onboarding through activation, joint execution, measurement, and renewal. You'll create scalable processes for partner intake, qualification, tiering, onboarding, enablement, joint planning, deal registration, referrals, and communications.
Key deliverables include establishing reliable partner workflows in PRM and related GTM systems, defining and implementing partner-related data structures, metrics, dashboards, and reporting. You'll establish clear attribution and measurement for partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-assisted pipeline and revenue. You'll design operating processes and tools that help Partnerships and Sales collaborate effectively on account mapping, referrals, co-selling, and pipeline progression.
You'll translate business requirements into reliable tools, automations, integrations, and data flows that improve partner productivity and business impact. The role includes exploring novel ways to use Factory's AI capabilities to streamline partner motions across onboarding, enablement, GTM, delivery, communications, and reporting workflows.
You'll partner with the broader GTM Strategy & Operations team while maintaining clear ownership of Partner Operations, designing for scale while keeping the team lean, automated, and high-leverage.
Required experience includes 5+ years in Partner Operations, Partnerships Operations, Alliances Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions. You should have experience building and operating partner programs in enterprise SaaS, administering PRM systems and partner portals, and understanding partner lifecycle management, co-selling, referrals, deal registration, and pipeline attribution. A technical mindset, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and experience designing systems for rapidly growing companies are essential. You'll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Strong AI fluency and practical instinct for using AI to increase leverage are valued.
