As Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end event delivery, coordinating across multiple internal departments
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and working with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- On-site presence during event launches and critical milestones as needed
You bring 3+ years of project management or consulting experience (event background is a plus, not required). You are fluent in English and Spanish, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at coordinating cross-functional teams in ambiguous situations. You are detail-oriented, analytical, solution-focused, and skilled at building strong working relationships. You have strong organizational and communication skills, with a genuine appetite for learning and picking up new skills quickly.
