As Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signing through final closing. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end event delivery, coordinating across departments to meet deadlines and requirements
- Acting as liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to align on project goals
- Communicating product and process needs to headquarters, collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize feature requests and improvements
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent incidents
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events during launches and critical milestones as needed
You bring 3+ years of project management or consulting experience (event background is a plus but not required). You're detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying problems, and driving solutions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. You're entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
