As a Partner Management Associate, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the primary point of contact between external event organizers and all internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end event delivery timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Acting as the main liaison between event partners and internal departments
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent escalations
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- Attending on-site events when needed for launches and critical milestones
You bring 1+ years of project management or consulting experience with a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized approach. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus. You're entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and have strong relationship-building and communication skills. Event industry experience is beneficial but not required.
