As Partner Growth Director, you will own the long-term success of 3-5 acquired health insurance agencies post-close. You'll serve as the primary integration lead and account owner, guiding agencies through onboarding, driving platform adoption, and executing Partner Growth initiatives. This is a generalist operator role requiring cross-functional collaboration with M&A, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and HR teams.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary post-acquisition lead for agencies in integration and early growth phases; owning relationships and accountability for 3-5 partner agencies; developing and executing agency-specific growth plans spanning financial, operational, and growth initiatives; leading special projects that improve Gyde's integration and Partner Growth engine; coordinating all workstreams (systems, compliance, finance, HR, broker enablement, go-to-market) for seamless integration; building trust with agency owners and brokers as their main point of contact and internal advocate; monitoring key metrics (growth, retention, productivity, margin uplift, platform adoption) and driving continuous improvement; partnering with Forward Deployed Specialists to translate field learnings into scalable playbooks; and acting as Voice of the Customer for partner agencies across product and engineering.
You'll be the connective tissue between Gyde's leadership and its agency partners, translating business plans into tangible outcomes. This role thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and requires both strategic problem-solving with leadership and autonomous execution with precision.
