As Partner Enablement Manager, you will architect and scale Legora's global partner ecosystem enablement program. This is a high-leverage role responsible for transforming system integrators, technology partners, and hyperscalers into expert ambassadors of the Legora platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver end-to-end enablement programs tailored to different partner verticals (GSIs, technology partners, cloud/AI partners), ensuring technical proficiency on the platform.
- Build tiered certification paths and evaluation criteria mapped to each stage of the partner journey, creating repeatable "partner-ready" pathways and shortening ramp time.
- Deliver live enablement through workshops, technical deep dives, and scenario-based training (both 1:1 and group formats) that translate complex legal workflows into practical partner skills.
- Create and maintain a scalable content library including playbooks, best-practice guides, and training assets that work across partner types.
- Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to keep enablement current and represent partner needs.
- Define, track, and report on enablement metrics (activation, certification completion, time-to-competency) to guide continuous program improvement.
You bring 5–10 years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, legal engineering, or technical account management. Legal background is strongly preferred—either practicing law, legal ops, or legal engineering experience. You have exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with a proven track record teaching technical platform capabilities to external audiences. You understand agentic platform architecture, workflows, and technical applications. Experience building enablement across multiple partner types (GSIs, ISVs, hyperscalers) is a plus, as is familiarity with partner portals and PRM tooling.
The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in New York, designed for ambitious builders with company-provided lunch daily.
