Factory is building out its Partnerships function and seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to establish and scale the enablement foundation for system integrators, cloud providers, AI technology partners, and other ecosystem partners. In this role, you will coauthor and execute Factory's partner enablement strategy from the ground up. You'll assess partner and internal stakeholder needs to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps, then design tailored enablement programs for system integrators, cloud providers, technology partners, and referral partners. Your work will span both sales and technical audiences, including presales, architects, consultants, and implementation teams. Key responsibilities include building scalable onboarding and certification programs that validate sales, technical, and delivery readiness; developing a blended learning model encompassing live training, self-paced content, workshops, office hours, and guided learning paths; and creating partner-facing resources such as pitch decks, demo guides, battlecards, solution briefs, competitive materials, and implementation playbooks. You'll equip partners to articulate Factory's value proposition, ideal customer profile, use cases, and differentiation clearly. You'll gather continuous feedback from partners and internal teams to improve programs, measure effectiveness through partner activation, training completion, certification, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and satisfaction metrics, and support partner launches, business reviews, and strategic events. This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is a sharp communicator and operator who thrives in ambiguity, switches context quickly, and builds structure at high velocity. You're comfortable with senior enterprise and product leaders, manage competing priorities effectively, and drive partner enablement from initial readiness through execution and expansion.
