As Partner Delivery Manager, you will lead the success of partner-led implementation projects, driving shared ownership with channel partners to achieve the best client outcomes. You'll provide oversight and guidance on partner projects, ensuring implementation frameworks and methodologies are established and practiced throughout client onboarding. Your responsibilities include facilitating coordination and communication between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and transitions. You will assess and be responsible for the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance, serving as the go-to resource for all partners' technical and business needs. You'll provide experienced guidance to partners on architecting and onboarding supported integrations, and serve as an escalation point for Support personnel with technical issues. Demonstrating technical and industry expertise, you'll lead partner engagements to transition clients and their data onto Addepar. Additionally, you'll partner with key internal stakeholders to scale Addepar's Partnership Services program, educate Services, Sales, and Marketing teams about partnership offerings and methodologies, and help create documentation and enablement materials. You'll effectively set, lead, and communicate expectations both internally and externally, prioritize and context-switch successfully across simultaneous projects, and meticulously document work while influencing others to do the same. You'll think critically about improving processes and tools as the partner and client base expands, and become an authority on all things Addepar. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in Financial Services or Consulting in client/partner-facing roles, with 2+ years implementing Addepar clients. You possess outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills, are independent and adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
