Salary: USD 77,000 - 108,000 / annual
1Password is seeking a Partner Alliance Analyst to support partner-led sales motions, reporting, and operational execution across the Amazon Web Services (AWS) alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell programs. This role bridges Alliances, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes, and drive go-to-market (GTM) decisions.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing AWS offers, renewals, and amendments; managing incoming AWS opportunities from creation through closure; researching target accounts and supporting account mapping and segmentation; building and maintaining dashboards and monthly reporting on Marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, partner engagement, and ARR contribution; partnering with RevOps to ensure accurate Salesforce and reporting tool reflection; tracking partner and field engagement; and documenting and improving repeatable alliance processes.
Required qualifications: at least two years in an analyst, operations, go-to-market operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or alliances role; strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports; working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM reporting; understanding of revenue recognition and routes to market (direct and partner-led); ability to collaborate across functions while managing moderately complex projects; and strong attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting partner, Marketplace, or alliance programs; familiarity with AWS co-sell programs; and exposure to business intelligence tools like Looker.
