As a Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will lead multiple customer engagements and implementation projects that drive adoption and usage of Zenoti's platform features, integrations, and solutions. Your primary focus will be ensuring projects are well-defined, efficiently executed, and delivered with high quality and predictability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer implementation projects from pre-sale through delivery, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants
- Defining and managing project scope, requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and status reporting
- Managing customer expectations and relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Tracking solution delivery with clear task planning, risk management, and issue resolution
- Coordinating cross-functional dependencies across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting Professional Services team allocation and resource delegation
- Capturing and disseminating best practices to enhance the PM handbook
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring successful product adoption
- Staying current with product knowledge, business flows, and industry dynamics
You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience working in fast-paced environments. Technical proficiency with Excel, Office, Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, and Smartsheet is required. Agile project management experience and a strong technical background to understand complex product functionality are essential. Experience with cloud SaaS implementations, software development, or the beauty/wellness industry is a plus.
